Much hard work has seen lots of progress at Forsayth. 4 sets of points, 150 metres of rail, 600 sleepers and a fair bit of shovelling. This is the construction train, with log bunks stretched to the max to carry rail. Here it is pedal powered. In the pic above a set of points is being carried in "Jamaican Bobsled" configuration, gravity assisted and foot operated (literally) brakes. The maintenance shed now has road and rail access. And the station awaits it's first train. Only the relocatable turntable to install and it will be "open for business"
