First body with a lick of paint. No 2 chassis is getting some detailing, plus the time-consuming task of designing an air brake installation. I found out that this is a later era example, so the second body will follow an earlier example. Eventually I'll get back to the coach build.
The rain continues to dump and the creek is in full flood. There's a waterfall under there somehere!
In several places the saturated ground has turned to slush. I tried to dig a trench across the trackbed but ended up bogging the excavator in the liquifacted sand. Time to stand back and wait for drier times.
