Just when I got the hang of posting, weebly changed all the formats so I have to relearn. I'm getting too old to learn new tricks (end rant) A bit a shop time has seen three sets of points hit the road. The long one has a cattle grid built in. (keeps all those 1:6 cows out of the station) The twin trestles are finished and embankments filled and compacted. Man that was a lot of work with a small machine. This is Aramac Junction (station no 2) "before" picture An here it is now. Didn't look like much of a slope but it sure took a mass of digging and, of course, meant moving some very large "floater" rocks. Not sure about future buildings, but might include a cream shed (speeder store) a loading dock and some stock pens (for material storage) The lefthand point is for future depot but for now will soon have a small demountable turntable. That opens stage one for traffic WOOHOO.
