The water tank is in and plumbed, but is only intended as a handwashing place (grease from hands and nasty handcleaner can't be fed to the wormfarm waste treatment). Loco water stand is now fed filtered water from the big green tanks.
A new point feeds the loco service track and a long goods siding. Can't have too many sidings!
First bit is the 180 degree curve into the bush. It's a cut of 800mm, but overland flow crosses near the white stick and will need to be channelled and lowered to go under the track.
Calls for some serious landscaping which will have a creek winding between the un-movable rocks.
There's another station (Forsayth) with passing place and works siding.
Finally there's a triangle/forkline/angle just before Laura station. Hopefully, stage 2 will open by Easter in time for Convention isitors.
The stage 3 major bridge over the waterfall is surveyed, but beyond that is not yet planned but is about four to five acres of possible scenarios.
